I have slightly re-organized the code. I have also slightly improved
usability in the embedded mode (added a button for preferences in the
toolbar).

Compilation with the widget based on xulrunner/mozilla/firefox was
apparently broken, but it doesn't seem to work for me anymore (crashing
shortly before Gtk's main loop). It's apparently a threading issue
(inside the libraries?) and it could be platform-specific (NetBSD/amd64
for me currently). This was the first implementation of GHTML inside the
project, and the code has probably been aging since then. I'll
investigate later.
